Webinar 4. Storage and management of wine after fermentation

We are launching a long-awaited training cycle for winegrowers and winemakers, which we will conduct in cooperation with the Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI).
Australia is a young wine producing country that has quickly gained international recognition for offering a wide range of different wines with unique characteristics. Through a combination of science, tradition and innovation, Australian winemakers and growers have successfully experimented with styles and quickly adapted to the ever-changing climate.
The AWRI Institute, a national research organization established to support the sustainable and successful development of the industry in Australia, has developed this training course with the realities of Ukrainian viticulture and winemaking in mind. Therefore, it is designed for both experienced professionals and beginners.
During July and October, AWRI’s team of experts will share innovative practices for a good harvest and winemaking secrets, covering in detail all stages of creating a quality product from vineyard planting to bottling and storage.
