A second training in the ITC project course for business support organizations (BSO) will take place in the conference hall of the Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (47 Bazarna St.) on October 28-31. The theme of the training is “Preparation a strategic plan for the development of a business support organization”.

The aim of the meeting is to provide the BSOs (business associations, chambers of commerce, etc.) practical skills to develop new services that would be in demand among private businesses.

The training will be conducted by ITS International Consultant Miguel Camacho.

The start is at 10:00.

During the two days of the training, participants will discuss the identification and segmentation of customer needs, classification services and assigning them. Participants will practice their knowledge during the training.

On October 30 and 31, individual training meetings are scheduled as part of the training.

The training program is not limited to classrooms and involves ongoing interaction with project team members to provide feedback, guidance, and support to BSOs.

The ITC project is ready to take on the costs of living one or two representatives of your organization in Odesa during training days (October 27-29) and individual work with a consultant (October 29-30).

We would like to remind that one of the areas of work of the Project “Linking Ukrainian SMEs in the Fruits and Vegetables Sector to Global and Domestic Markets and Value Chains” is to increase the competence of BSOs in terms of professional provision of a wider range of consulting, information and other services to SME representatives that would best demands of time and the needs of entrepreneurs.

That is why in 2019, the ITC Project started a series of training for Ukrainian business support organizations to strengthen their capacity to develop a portfolio of value-added services.

The first training, which took place in Odessa on June 11-12, was devoted to the development of a comprehensive strategy for the development of the organization, taking into account the profile of key clients, assessing the competitive environment, determining the mechanism of interaction with customers and tracking its results.
