Ukrainian entrepreneurs present their products in Dubai

The international trade show of food industry Gulfood has started in Dubai (UAE). This year, thanks to the ITC project in Ukraine, ten producers and processors of fruit and vegetables from Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odessa regions present their products at the trade show.

At the Ukrainian stand there are representatives of the companies Vladam, Gorikh Prychornomorya, Agropatryot, Rozdolne, Euroservicegroup, Saperavi, Pivdenagropererobka, Plodoovochevy combinat Kherson, Nash Produkt and Enograi.

The first day of the Gulfood was intensive and began for our partners with consultation with ITC’s international consultant for preparing and participating in the trade show. During the presentation of products at the Ukrainian stand, farmers also met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Arab Emirates Yuri Polurez.

The ITC consultants and our partners will be at the Gulfood until February 22. Near 5000 companies from more than 120 countries participate in the Gulfood. The area of the exhibition space – 1 million square meters.

Participating in the Gulfood is a great opportunity to announce your own products to the world. It is an opportunity to learn about new technologies and approaches to growing, processing, storing, selling products, to expand sales markets and to get new professional experience.

The project “Linking Ukrainian SMEs in the Fruits and Vegetables Sector to Global and Domestic Markets and Value Chains” aims to help Ukrainian enterprises from Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions to integrate into domestic and global value chains and access new markets, with a focus on the EU. The Project is funded by the Government of Sweden and the International Trade Centre.
